Our assemblies and kitting service extends from minor assembly work to more complex solutions. These include:
Swaging and staking of bearings – including torque testing
Installation of interference fit bushings
Installation of conventional and mechanical rivets
Identification of aircraft parts and assemblies
Pressure and environmental sealing
As a key part of the sub-assemblies supply chain, we are understanding of the fact that many of our high quality components are built into higher level sub-assemblies once they have been engineered by our experts.
